CASSIE BUTCHER, M.S., M.Ed., AMFT
Cassie is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) and Wellness Educator who is passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm with more self-compassion and clarity. Her approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves.
Cassie believes therapy is not about fixing people, but helping them better understand themselves, process their experiences, and build healthier ways of coping, communicating, and caring for themselves. She especially enjoys helping clients explore the deeper roots of their thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and life experiences through a compassionate and insight-oriented lens.
In addition to her clinical work, Cassie has facilitated wellness workshops and mental health conversations for universities, nonprofits, and community organizations across California. Her work often centers on emotional wellness, grief, burnout, identity, self-worth, and creating more sustainable ways of living and healing.
Outside of therapy, Cassie enjoys taking trips to Disneyland, solo movie dates, spending time near the beach, and finding small moments of peace in everyday life.CA AMFT #159342
