    Aubry received her Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy with an emphasis in Military Family Therapy from Northcentral University. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Montana and is currently in school for her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at CalSouthern. Additionally, she has received formal training in Perinatal Mental Health as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

    Aubry has vast experience working with individuals who have experienced sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, and other realms of trauma. She is passionate about the world of complex trauma and believes the number one healer of trauma is connection; connection to self and connection to others.

    Aubry is especially drawn to direct and deeply engaged couples work, particularly with partners navigating betrayal, attachment wounds, emotional disconnection, and high-conflict relational dynamics. She values helping couples move beyond surface-level communication patterns and into the deeper work of co-regulation, accountability, emotional safety, and repair.

    In her personal life, Aubry is a proud Latina, born & raised in south central Texas. She is a lover of The Beatles, Pink Floyd, 90s grunge and rock. Aubry integrates psychedelic work, meditation and yoga into her daily life and finds the most peace on the lake.

  • JASMYNNE SPENCE, LCSW, RPT™, IECMHC

    Jasmynne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada. She earned her undergraduate degree from California State University, East Bay, and her Master of Social Work from Simmons University.

    Jasmynne is a Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™) as well as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Clinician. She specializes in working with children of all ages and their families. Using attachment-based interventions, Jasmynne helps her clients find the best course of treatment to meet their needs.

    Jasmynne is also dedicated to the advocacy of decolonizing therapy practices while combatting systemic traumas that occur amongst BIPOC children, youth, and their families. She works closely with transracial adoptees and their families, using trauma-informed interventions to provide clinical support. Jasmynne believes that remaining culturally competent allows individuals to feel safe, seen, and heard in the therapeutic setting. 

    As a Southern California native, Jasmynne is a frequent Disneyland goer. Jasmynne’s love for Disney is what helps to integrate imagination into the playroom and bring a touch of magic to the growth and healing of tiny humans.

  • Cassie Butcher, M.S., M.Ed, AMFT

    Cassie is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) and Wellness Educator who is passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm with more self-compassion and clarity. Her approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves.

    Cassie believes therapy is not about fixing people, but helping them better understand themselves, process their experiences, and build healthier ways of coping, communicating, and caring for themselves. She especially enjoys helping clients explore the deeper roots of their thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and life experiences through a compassionate and insight-oriented lens.

    In addition to her clinical work, Cassie has facilitated wellness workshops and mental health conversations for universities, nonprofits, and community organizations across California. Her work often centers on emotional wellness, grief, burnout, identity, self-worth, and creating more sustainable ways of living and healing.

    Outside of therapy, Cassie enjoys taking trips to Disneyland, solo movie dates, spending time near the beach, and finding small moments of peace in everyday life.

    Maryam Thomas, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Michigan, is the founder and owner of Mindful Health Adolescent and Adult Counseling Services, where she provides mental health support to diverse populations.

    Maryam is a Ph.D. Candidate in Counseling and Psychological Services at Regent University, specializing in Trauma Therapy. Her academic background also includes an M.A. in Counseling from Cornerstone Theological Seminary and a B.A. of Science in Community Development Social Services from Central Michigan University.

    Debbie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern dedicated to walking alongside her clients on their journey. Debbie provides a safe, judgment-free space where clients can begin to untangle the pain. Her approach is trauma-informed and deeply collaborative. Because every person is unique, Debbie blends practical tools for managing depression and anxiety with specialized, evidence-based techniques like EMDR to help the brain and body process and heal from distress at a deeper level.

    Debbie’s goal is to help clients move from a state of survival into a life of greater connection and peace. Together, she and her clients map out triggers, build concrete coping strategies, and safely address even the hardest struggles, including self-harm and deep-seated fears, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

    Debbie feels that taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be an act of immense courage. Life can feel incredibly heavy when you are constantly battling anxious thoughts, deep sadness, or the lingering echoes of past trauma.
